Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
